Strategic Real Estate Investments: Extreme Makeover

When your website no longer represents your business model, it’s time for an extreme makeover. That was the challenge facing Joe Boddicker when he took his real estate investment company in a different direction and added several new services.

The website for Loudoun County based Strategic Real Estate Investments (SREI) was way out of date. It also had developed some page display problems that occurred during some routine updates from the previous web developer. When Joe re-connected with an old friend, Randy Sly, he learned about Katalyst Creative Group (KCG) and set up a time to meet with the team.

In approaching the complete makeover of the SREI site, Joe emphasized one thing. He didn’t want the site look like a typical real estate website. At the same time, he wanted to properly reflect his long-term affiliation as a Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker Residential.

He also had developed a quite diverse portfolio of new services that served the real estate market from different vantage points including corporate relocation. In addition, he had begun offering Credit Building Workshops for first-time homebuyers.

The KCG team went to work designing a site that captured the company’s personality and professionalism while celebrating the landscape diversity that is found in Loudoun County. The workshop element was built into the home page and linked to a landing page for data capture of those interested in the event. With all original content and a link to his personalized real estate search platform with Coldwell Banker, his new site provides clients along with future clients with everything they need, no matter which area of service they want to explore.
